A cap to maintain
The RASP was born in January 2010 through its first issue: number 00. Nianguiry Kanté, initiator and co-founder of the RASP, died on September 13, 2021. Nine months after the death of his co-founder and co-editor in chief in the person of Nianguiry Kanté, the RASP publishes its second issue under the direction of his friend and editor-in-chief Olivier Douville. Moreover, the RASP is organizing an international symposium in September 2022 to pay tribute to Professor Kanté (https://easychair.org/cfp/CINi-2022). The articles resulting from this colloquium will be published in a special issue of the RASP.
In addition, the RASP whose articles are recognized by the African and Malagasy Council for Higher Education (CAMES) has enabled many researchers to obtain advancements or rankings at the CAMES level. The journal is also indexed in BASE (academic indexing and archiving database of Bielefeld University). The articles published come from about twenty countries in Africa, Europe and America. Moreover, this issue (Volume 4, number 1) contains 13 scientific articles by authors from Mali, Niger, Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso and Benin.
Finally, we would like to thank the reviewers and editors for their support and contribution to the quality of the articles and notes that we publish.
