Vol. 7 No. 1 (2025)RASP was launched in January 2010 with the publication of its first issue: issue 00, distributed exclusively in print. The journal marked a significant shift by adopting online publication, marking this new milestone with a resumption of issue numbering starting with volume 1 in 2018. The regularity of its publications, as well as the quality and diversity of the articles published, are a testament to the commitment of all those who have placed their trust in it: reviewers, authors, and readers. Thanks to the quality of the published articles, RASP obtained two new indexes in 2025:
1. African Index Medicus (https://indexmedicus.afro.who.int/Journals/Journals%20datails/Revue%20Africaine%20des%20Sciences%20Sociales%20et%20de%20la%20Sant%C3%A9%20Publique.html )
2. EBSCO (https://www.ebsco.com/).These indexes confirm the continuous improvement of RASP articles. This issue (Volume 7, Number 1) contains twenty-three scientific articles by authors from Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Benin, Mali, France, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Togo.
Finally, we would like to thank the reviewers and editors for their support and contribution to the quality of the articles and notes we publish.
Dear readers, we welcome your feedback.

Vol. 6 No. 1 (2024)The RASP saw the light of day in January 2010 with its first issue: number 00. In January 2024, your magazine was fourteen years old. The regularity of its publications, the quality and diversity of its articles are to the credit of all those who have placed their trust in the RASP. This is partly due to the numerous rapporteurs, authors, readers but also to our late Publication Director Professor Abdoulaye Ag Rhaly, who passed away on December 23, 2023. Throughout these long years, Professor Rhaly was rigorously at the side of the RASP and responsibility. We dedicate this volume 6 (number 1) to him. We pray for the eternal rest of his soul.
The RASP, in collaboration with other research structures and under the scientific direction of the editor-in-chief, will organize on September 10 and 11, 2024 at the Institute of Human Sciences (ISH) in Mali the second edition of the Nianguiry Kanté International Conference, the inaugural session took place on September 17, 2022. This denotes the scientific seriousness of the RASP which is increasingly reaffirmed in the Malian, African and international scientific world in the field of social sciences and public health.
The journal is indexed in BASE (Bielefeld University academic indexing and archiving database). We also inform you that the RASP became this year the first Malian scientific journal to be indexed by the prestigious African Journal Online (AJOL) on its platform.

from Europe and America. Moreover, this issue (Volume 6, number 1) contains fourteen scientific articles by authors from Mali, Ivory Coast, Niger, Burkina Faso, and Benin.

Vol. 3 No. 2 (2021)A legacy to continue
The RASP was born in January 2010 through its first number: the number 00. Nianguiry Kanté, initiator and co-founder of the RASP, died on September 13, 2021. The multiple tributes and praises around the world and on the internet bear witness to a life well lived and a career that has touched many lives. As its “academic” home, the RASP is publishing a collection of tributes in the coming months, in the form of an international colloquium and a special issue. His death is also a moment to reflect on his intellectual journey.
Nianguiry Kanté with his friend Olivier Douville that the RASP be a useful documentation fund for students, teachers, decision-makers and researchers who find there a support for the dissemination of their work. Colleagues disseminating their research results in the RASP are indeed proof of this documentation fund. Indeed, the RASP whose articles are recognized by the African and Malagasy Council for Higher Education (CAMES) has enabled many researchers to obtain advancements or hierarchies at the level of CAMES. The journal is also indexed in BASE (University of Bielefeld's academic indexing and archiving database). Articles published from over 20 countries in Africa, Europe and America. Moreover, this issue (Volume 3, number 2) contains 10 scientific articles by authors from Mali, Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso and Sweden.
Under the direction of the now Editor-in-Chief, Olivier Douville, as Managing Editor, I hope that this legacy of Nianguiry Kanté will continue to serve as a documentation and popularization fund for the scientific work of teacher-researchers! This is our duty!
Finally, we thank the reporters and editors for their support and contributions to the quality of the articles and notes that we publish. Happy New Year 2022!
